Our story

Bread is never just bread.

It is comfort. Ritual. Presence. A return to slower mornings, fuller hearts, and the beauty of savoring.

It started as a hobby and a starter named Baraké. Now Baraké has sisters, cousins, a whole family tree and a full-time feeding schedule. Every loaf is made at home with a natural starter and slow fermentation, because bread made with time simply tastes different.

Simple. Honest. Alive.
